While we meet all standards for the FDA, we are proud to say that in independent audits for species substitutions and “truck audits” conducted by our customers we have never failed.
USDC (United States Department of Commerce)
The NOAA Seafood Inspection Program is often referred to as the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDC) Seafood Inspection Program, holds the standard for fresh or frozen fillets of fish of any species. By meeting USDC standards, we are making sure the fish we process and package for our customers is the safest and freshest.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Meeting federal GMP regulation applies to all food regulated by the FDA. By meeting the conditions we ensure that the processing, packing or storage of our seafood meets standards for safety and wholesomeness.
